Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ck366 website accessible at https://ck366.io, including all pages, sub-pages, services, features, tools, games, and betting markets made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a ck366 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the ck366 Platform, through which the Player may deposit funds, place bets, play games, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on ck366, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or by making a deposit or placing a bet on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and agree to ck366's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and agree to ck366's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ck366, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck366 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Registration by any person under 21 is prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ck366 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended, restricted, or closed by ck366 for any violation of these Terms.

ck366 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ck366 services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ck366 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If ck366 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, ck366 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that Player and to forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account unless you have reported a breach of security to ck366 without undue delay.

4.4 Account Verification

ck366 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if ck366 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity. Verification documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement. ck366 will process verification documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify Players of the outcome via their registered contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck366 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as published on the Platform's payment page. Deposits are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. ck366 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where operationally possible, to prevent money laundering. ck366 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of the account.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The Player's account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 4.4.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available real-money balance.
• There must be no outstanding security review, investigation, or hold on the account.

5.5 Refused or Delayed Withdrawals

ck366 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. ck366 will communicate any such decision to the Player in writing via their registered contact details and will specify the reason for the refusal or delay where legally permissible to do so.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ck366 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit for completion will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. ck366 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated timeframe.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck366 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, hedging bonus bets, placing bets at very low risk across correlated outcomes to guarantee a return while meeting wagering requirements, and any other behaviour that ck366 determines, in its reasonable judgement, constitutes abuse of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck366 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, restrict the Player's account, and reclaim any bonus-derived funds already withdrawn.

6.4 Promotional Changes

ck366 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player accounts prior to the modification date.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.4 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software, connectivity, or display error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, ck366 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player. ck366 will not be liable for any claimed winnings resulting from a malfunction. Players who believe their bet has been incorrectly settled must contact ck366 support within 72 hours of the settlement date.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck366 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck366 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all associated balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their express written consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or poker room.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ck366 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, software code, user interface design, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, data feeds, and any other material — is the exclusive property of ck366 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ck366's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any action or inaction by third-party payment providers, including delays, failures, or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ck366's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ck366's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck366 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy & Data

ck366 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ck366.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ck366 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus credit forfeiture per Section 6) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by ck366

ck366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; ck366 has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; the Player fails to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe; or ck366 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination by ck366 for breach of these Terms, ck366 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money balance where such balance is connected to the breach. Real-money balances that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of online gaming and betting platforms in the jurisdiction in which ck366 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and ck366 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
